Like I tweeted earlier, I've yet to meet a hop I don't like. This one has got a lot of mouthfeel tho...and is rather sweet for a hop.

Love the idea Sam Adams! Take the classic IPA and brew a single beer with a single hop type. This Hallertau is actually pretty nice. Smooth. Would go REALLY well with a sharp cheddar.
